Full refund within 7 days of purchase if zero questions have been attempted. Every attempt is logged, so this is verifiable on both sides. Once any question has been attempted, the purchase is final. Browsing the dashboard, reading explanations without answering, or starting the free Snapshot does not count as use: only answered questions do.

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no trainee seat has been claimed and the director has attempted zero questions. Once a single seat is claimed or the director answers a question, the program purchase is final.

Duplicate charges are always refunded in full. If a technical failure on our end blocked your access to the bank, you get a full refund or a free extension of your access window, your choice.

The pass guarantee remedy is extended access, not cash. Complete at least 80% of the bank and sit your exam; if you do not pass, you get free extended access until you do.

Reply to your purchase receipt email within the 7-day window and tell us you would like a refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Access is revoked when the refund is issued.
